Richmond, London | Circa £33,000 - £40,000 DOE

Hunter Dunning is working with the creator, owner and operator of an exclusive international collection of private family residences. They are seeking a creative Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect with UK heritage project experience to join their in-house design team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working on a Grade II* Listed Building property which is being transformed in to a family residence.

Your Experience

\n

• Minimum of 1year' experience working on heritage projects in the UK

\n

• High-end residential project experience beneficial

\n

• Strong design and presentation skills

\n

• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing

\n

• Experience attending client meetings and presenting design proposals

\n

• Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively

\n

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite

\n

• Hand sketching ability beneficial

\n
