Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect
\nRichmond, London | Circa £33,000 - £40,000 DOE
\nHunter Dunning is working with the creator, owner and operator of an exclusive international collection of private family residences. They are seeking a creative Part II Architectural Assistant / Junior Architect with UK heritage project experience to join their in-house design team on a permanent basis. The successful candidate will be working on a Grade II* Listed Building property which is being transformed in to a family residence.
\nYour Experience
\n• Minimum of 1year' experience working on heritage projects in the UK
\n• High-end residential project experience beneficial
\n• Strong design and presentation skills
\n• Comprehensive knowledge of UK building regulations and residential technical detailing
\n• Experience attending client meetings and presenting design proposals
\n• Proven ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
\n• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
\n• Hand sketching ability beneficial
