Legal Counsel - Hedge Fund

One Ten Associates is partnering with a high-performing hedge fund to appoint an experienced Legal Counsel to join its London-based team.

The fund has delivered exceptional performance and maintains exposure across a range of investment strategies and asset classes. As the business continues to grow, this is an excellent opportunity to join a lean, high-calibre legal and compliance function.

Working closely with the General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer, you’ll gain broad exposure across a wide range of legal matters, including:

• Commercial

The ideal candidate will have:

• 3–7 years’ PQE, having trained at a leading law firm.
\n
• Experience within a hedge fund, trading firm, or advising similar financial institutions in private practice.
\n
• A genuine interest in working across a broad range of legal matters. As part of a small legal team, you’ll play a hands-on role across both legal and compliance issues, with excellent scope for responsibility and development.
