A highly regarded Legal500 law firm in Manchester is seeking to recruit a talented Commercial Property Solicitor to join its growing team.

This is a modern, client-focused commercial law firm with offices across the North West and London. The firm is looking for a candidate with 1–3 years’ PQE who has ideally gained solid experience within a Real Estate team post-qualification. The successful applicant will have experience in handling a range of transactions, with the ability to work as part of a collaborative team. Direct client exposure is an important part of the role, so strong client care skills and sound technical ability are desirable.

The role will involve:

  • Acting on a wide variety of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, and development work.
  • \n
  • Managing an independent caseload with appropriate support.
  • \n
  • Working closely with partners and colleagues on more complex transactions.
  • \n
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

    Candidate requirements:

      \n
    • 1–3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property.
    • \n
    • Strong technical skills with the ability to handle transactions independently.
    • \n
    • Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.
    • \n
    • A collaborative mindset and willingness to work as part of a team.
