Key Responsibilities

\n
• Manage and assist with a caseload of catastrophic injury claims.
\n
• Investigate liability and quantum issues on complex, high-value cases.
\n
• Support senior lawyers on technically challenging and sensitive matters.
\n
• Liaise with clients, experts, counsel, and other stakeholders.
\n
• Contribute to delivering practical, commercially focused legal advice.
\n
• Participate in client relationship management and business development activities.
\n

Candidate Requirements

\n
• Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales or CILEX qualified with at least 2 years' relevant post-qualification experience.
\n
• Experience defending catastrophic injury litigation.
\n
• Strong negotiation and case management skills.
\n
• Experience of direct client contact and involvement in business development initiatives.
\n
• Excellent communication, analytical, and organisational abilities.
\n
