Our client is a national contractor undertaking major new build residential & mixed-use schemes across the country.

The need now exists for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join the team on a project in Lewisham, South East London.

\n
The development consists of 1,500 units - You will commercially lead phase 2 which consists of 290 units.
\n
\n
You will have a quantity surveyor reporting into you with the position reporting into the Commercial Manager.
\n
\n
Our client is seeking applicants who have experience on commercially leading High Rise RC Frame developments in excess of £90m.
\n
\n
In return, our client is offering £95k - £105k (basic) + full package and bonus system on top. The position also offers 1-2 days working from home.
