W&P Partners Legal Recruitment has partnered with several well-established regional law firms across Kent, all seeking motivated Paralegals to join busy teams spanning Commercial, Real Estate, and Private Client.

This is an excellent opportunity for early-career legal professionals with at least a year's experience to build on their foundation and gain broader, hands-on exposure across multiple practice areas within supportive, high-performing environments.

About the Roles

As a Paralegal, you will provide essential support to solicitors across a variety of matters.

Responsibilities typically include:

• Assisting fee-earners with case preparation, document management, and legal research

• Drafting correspondence, legal documents, and forms
\n
• Liaising with clients, counsel, and third parties
\n
• Supporting client meetings and helping with day-to-day case administration
\n

About You

We are looking for candidates who are proactive, organised, and keen to progress their legal career. The ideal candidate will have:

• A Law degree (LLB) or equivalent qualification
\n
• A minimum of 1 year's paralegal or relevant commercial experience
\n
• A genuine interest in Commercial, Real Estate, or Private Client work
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills
\n
• The ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively as part of a team
\n
