Requirements

\n
• Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or actively working toward it)
\n
• Eligibility for CIW Registered Manager registration
\n
• Proven track record of delivering quality outcomes for children with complex needs
\n
• Strong knowledge of CIW regulatory standards and safeguarding requirements
\n

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the children’s residential home, ensuring safe, nurturing environments
\n
• Drive CIW regulatory compliance and maintain outstanding inspection standards
\n
• Lead safeguarding and individual care planning for young people with complex needs
\n
