\n We are currently recruiting for a Human Resources Analyst to join a well-established wealth management firm, supporting their Training & Competency (T&C) and SM&CR framework
.This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong analytical mindset and an interest in HR systems, regulatory frameworks, and data-driven decision making

\neWorking closely with the Senior Training & Competence Manager, you will play a key role in managing and developing the firm’s Learning Management System (LMS) and supporting wider HR systems and reporting
\n.Key responsibilities include

- :Acting as a subject matter expert for LMS (Access) and HR system \n
- sSupporting SM&CR and T&C frameworks through reporting, pathways, and documentatio \n
- nProducing, analysing, and automating HR and compliance M \n
- IManaging professional qualifications (CISI/CII), including study support and exam booking \n
- sMonitoring CPD activity and mandatory training completio \n
- nEnhancing system functionality and maintaining data accuracy across platform \n
- sSupporting HR projects and collaborating with Compliance and international HR team \n
sCandidate Profil

- ePrevious experience in HR, T&C, HR systems, or MI/reporting (financial services preferred \n
- )Strong Excel skills with experience handling and analysing dat \n
- aUnderstanding of SM&CR, regulatory environments, or training frameworks is advantageou \n
- sExperience with LMS or HR systems (e.g. Access, Sage People, Power BI) is desirabl \n
- eHighly organised with strong attention to detai \n
- lConfident communicator with the ability to work across team \n
