Job Title: HR Business Partner – Private Care Sector

Location: London

Salary: Up to £60,000 + Bonus + Benefits

My client is looking for a proactive and commercially minded HR Business Partner to join a fast-growing, people-first organisation. This is a varied, hands-on role where you'll partner with leaders, influence decision-making, drive employee engagement, and help shape a high-performance culture. What You'll Do

• Partner with managers to deliver expert HR advice and support
\n
• Lead on employee relations, performance management, and complex casework
\n
• Drive recruitment, retention, and succession planning initiatives
\n
• Support employee engagement, wellbeing, and culture programmes
\n
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and best practice
\n
• Manage HR audits, reporting, policies, and people processes
\n
• Support payroll, onboarding, and performance review cycles
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, processes, and employee experience
\n
• Work closely with senior leaders to support business growth and change
\n

What You'll Bring

\n
• Experience in an HR Business Partner or Senior HR role
\n
• Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
\n
• CIPD qualified (or equivalent experience)
\n
• Confident influencing and coaching managers at all levels
\n
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic, solutions-focused approach
\n
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
\n
• Organised, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment
\n
• Experience within healthcare, hospitality, care, or other service-led sectors is advantageous
\n
