We are recruiting for an organised and proactive Early Careers Recruitment Administrator to join a leading law firm in London on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

\n


\n

Working as part of the Early Careers team, you will support the delivery of the firm’s graduate recruitment and development programmes, helping to provide an engaging and well-organised experience for candidates, future trainees and internal stakeholders.

\n


\n

Key responsibilities:

\n


\n

• Supporting graduate and early careers recruitment campaigns

\n

• Coordinating applications, assessments, interviews and selection processes

\n

• Managing candidate communications and responding to queries

\n

• Helping to organise assessment centres, interviews, insight programmes and careers events

\n

• Working closely with hiring managers, partners and internal stakeholders

\n

• Maintaining accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation

\n

• Supporting the onboarding of future trainees and other early careers hires

\n

• Assisting with vacation schemes, work experience programmes and trainee-related activities

\n

• Preparing recruitment reports, data and programme updates

\n

• Supporting wider Early Careers and HR projects as required

\n


\n

About you:

\n


\n

You will ideally have previous experience within early careers, graduate recruitment, recruitment or HR. Previous experience working within a law firm would be preferred.

\n


\n

You should also have:

\n


\n

• Excellent organisational and administrative skills

\n

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

\n

• The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

\n

• A professional and confident approach with candidates and senior stakeholders

\n

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

\n

• A proactive, collaborative and service-focused approach

\n

• Good Microsoft Office skills

\n

• Experience using an applicant tracking system would be beneficial

\n
