Role: Technical Product Manager

Location: London - 3-4 days p/w in office

Salary: £70,000 - £80,000 + equity

We’re partnered with an early-stage start-up who are using AI to transform how a traditionally complex and manual industry operates. The product is live, customers are converting and the business is approaching a potentially pivotal stage of growth. 🤖🚀

They’re now hiring an AI Product Manager to work closely with the Head of Product and engineering team as they launch and scale the next evolution of the platform. 🛠️

You’ll operate between product, engineering and customers, helping shape priorities, turn feedback into clear product problems and increasingly build and ship solutions yourself.&A1;

What they’re looking for:

• Around 3–5 years’ experience as a Product Manager
\n
• Strong technical foundations, ideally with some engineering or development experience
\n
• Genuine hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude Code or Cursor
\n
• Someone who enjoys prototyping, building and getting products into users’ hands
\n
• Confidence speaking with customers and explaining technical ideas simply
\n
• High ownership, curiosity and ambition, with the energy to thrive in an early-stage environment
\n
