Ethics & Compliance Lawyers

Konexo Legal Resourcing is seeing growing demand from in-house clients, including leading FTSE100 companies, for Ethics & Compliance lawyers. We are keen to hear from qualified lawyers who have led Ethics and Compliance functions and are immediately available for freelance legal roles.

You should be able to demonstrate experience across a number of the following areas:

• Leading and developing ethics and compliance programmes within a corporate environment.
\n
• Drafting, implementing and maintaining Codes of Conduct and related compliance policies.
\n
• Conducting and managing internal investigations relating to misconduct, fraud and other compliance matters.
\n
• Advising on sanctions compliance and regulatory risk.
\n
• Experience advising on data governance, AI governance or emerging technology-related compliance matters would be advantageous.
\n
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines, trouble shoot and problem solve in a create and innovative manner
\n
• Ability to manage a varied workload with minimal direction with effective legal risk management and appropriate escalation of legal risk
\n
• Open to hybrid working in either Bristol or London.
