Location: Tamworth, Alfreton or Solihull (Hybrid Working) Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 Basic + Bonus (OTE £110,000 - £125,000)Hours: Full Time

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Head of Conveyancing to take the lead of a thriving Residential Conveyancing department with ambitious growth plans and strong backing from the wider business.

This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll be responsible for driving performance, developing talent, and shaping the future of the department. With plans to double in size over the next 18 months, you'll play a key role in building what is set to become the firm's largest and most successful department.

Managing a team of approximately 10 direct reports and 25 consultants, you'll focus on leadership, strategy, operational excellence, and business development, while maintaining the highest standards of client service.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with 10+ years PQE.

• Extensive Residential Conveyancing experience.
\n
• Proven track record of leading and developing high-performing teams.
\n
• Willingness to undertake occasional UK day travel.
\n
