Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire

Salary: £25000 – 28000 per annum (dependant on experience)

Contract: Full-time, Permanent – office based (35 hour week)

In this exciting role, you’ll be at the heart of the customer journey - building strong relationships with distributors, managing orders from enquiry to completion, and helping to drive business growth through excellent service and proactive sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain long-term, positive relationships with distributors.

• Manage customer orders and enquiries from start to finish.
\n
• Prepare and process orders and quotations within agreed deadlines.
\n
• Recommend suitable products, negotiate terms, and provide accurate quotations.
\n
• Follow up quotations to secure orders and update the Customer Service Manager.
\n
• Identify opportunities to upsell and maximise profitability.
\n
• Monitor sales trends and take proactive action where needed.
\n
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
