Service Advisor

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of Vehicle Service Advisor at their franchise-approved dealership in Witney, Oxfordshire. • Basic salary up to £32,000 per annum, dependent on experience

• On-target earnings around £35,000 per annum including performance-related bonuses

Duties of the Service Advisor:\n

\n
• Greet customers in the Service Department and manage customer expectations
\n
• Liaise extensively with the workshop team to monitor work in progress
\n
• Keep customers informed on the progress of their vehicle repairs and servicing
\n
• Allocate workloads to Vehicle Technicians to ensure deadlines are met
\n
• Upsell additional products and services where appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction
\n
• Ensure a smooth customer journey from arrival to departure
\n
• Maintain high standards of customer service and satisfaction at all times
\n

Requirements:\n

\n
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor is beneficial but not essential
\n
• Strong customer service skills with an ability to communicate effectively
\n
• Well-organised with excellent time management skills
\n
• IT literate; familiarity with systems such as Keyloop or Autoline is highly desirable
\n
• A full UK driving licence with minimal points
\n
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service and handle multiple tasks efficiently
\n
• A proactive approach to upselling and maximising workshop revenue
\n
