The Role:

• Welcoming customers and delivering outstanding service
\n
• Carrying out pre-screening eye health checks
\n
• Ensuring a smooth handover to the optometrist
\n
• Dispensing glasses with accuracy and care
\n
• Fitting and repairing spectacles
\n
• Teaching contact lens handling and care
\n
• Handling day-to-day administration tasks
\n
