Working closely with Partners and Senior Associates, you will advise on a wide variety of contentious and non-contentious employment matters. You will gain exposure to high-quality work across multiple sectors while developing your technical expertise within a supportive and collaborative team.

• Managing a varied caseload of employment matters with appropriate supervision.
\n
• Advising clients on a range of employment law issues, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy, discrimination, TUPE and unfair dismissal.

• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and other employment documentation.
\n
• Assisting with Employment Tribunal claims and employment litigation.
\n
• Supporting Partners and senior lawyers on complex employment matters and strategic client advice.
\n
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through excellent service delivery.
\n
• Contributing to team initiatives, knowledge sharing and business development activities.
\n

• Qualified Solicitor with NQ–2 years' PQE in Employment Law.
\n
• Strong academic background with relevant employment law experience gained during training or post-qualification.
\n
• Excellent drafting, communication and analytical skills.
\n
• Commercially aware with a practical and solutions-focused approach.
\n
• A proactive and collaborative team player with a genuine interest in developing within Employment Law.
