Private Client Solicitor / Legal Executive (Wills, Trusts & Estates)Minimum 3 Years' ExperienceAn established and highly regarded law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing Wills, Trusts & Estates team.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated legal professional looking to develop their career within a supportive and collaborative environment, working with a broad range of private client matters and helping to drive the continued growth of a successful department. The RoleYou will manage your own varied caseload and provide expert advice across a range of private client matters, including:\n

\n
• Drafting simple and complex Wills
\n
• Estate planning and estate administration
\n
• Probate matters
\n
• Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPAs)
\n
• Advising elderly and vulnerable clients
\n
• Trust-related work
\n
• Court of Protection matters (where applicable)
\n
• Assisting with the ongoing development and growth of the department
\n
• Supporting business development and marketing initiatives
\n

About YouThe successful candidate will have:\n

\n
• A qualification as a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
\n
• A minimum of 3 years' experience handling their own private client caseload
\n
• Strong technical knowledge of Wills, Probate, Trusts and Estate Administration
\n
• Excellent client care and communication skills
\n
• A proactive and commercial approach to business development
\n
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
\n
• Good IT skills, including experience with Microsoft Office applications
\n
• A full UK driving licence
\n

Desirable Experience\n

\n
• Experience using a Case Management System
\n
• STEP qualification or working towards one
\n
• Experience of, or an interest in, Court of Protection work
\n
