As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for:
\n- \n
- Installing, commissioning and servicing specialist industrial monitoring and analytical equipment. \n
- Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs both on-site and remotely. \n
- Providing technical support and guidance to customers. \n
- Producing accurate service reports and documentation. \n
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and in accordance with quality standards. \n
- Building strong customer relationships by delivering an exceptional level of service. \n
- Travelling throughout the UK and overseas to customer sites, including occasional overnight stays. \n
We're looking for a motivated engineer who enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering a high standard of work.
Essential\n- \n
- HNC in an Engineering discipline or equivalent practical engineering experience. \n
- Full UK driving licence. \n
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the UK and internationally. \n
- Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills. \n
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office. \n
- Excellent communication and customer service skills. \n
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently. \n
- \n
- Experience with gas analysers, emissions monitoring (CEMS), process instrumentation or environmental monitoring equipment. \n
- Electrical, Control & Instrumentation (EC&I) experience. \n
- Previous experience within industries such as power generation, oil & gas, chemical processing, pharmaceuticals or heavy manufacturing. \n
- CCNSG Safety Passport or CSCS Card. \n
