A highly regarded London law firm is seeking a Restructuring & Insolvency Paralegal to join its busy Dispute Resolution team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a Paralegal looking to build a career in restructuring and insolvency law, supporting experienced fee earners on a broad range of contentious, advisory and non-contentious matters. The role offers exposure to both complex, high-value cases and day-to-day insolvency work within a collaborative and supportive team.

The Restructuring & Insolvency Paralegal's Role\n

The successful Restructuring & Insolvency Paralegal will provide support across a varied caseload, assisting fee earners throughout the lifecycle of matters.

Responsibilities will include:

    \n
  • Assisting with restructuring and insolvency matters from instruction through to conclusion
  • \n
  • Managing case administration and document management
  • \n
  • Reviewing, analysing and summarising large volumes of documents
  • \n
  • Supporting disclosure and document review exercises
  • \n
  • Conducting legal research and factual investigations
  • \n
  • Carrying out Companies House, Land Registry and other relevant searches
  • \n
  • Preparing court documents, bundles and e-filing applications
  • \n
  • Liaising with clients, counsel, court staff and third parties
  • \n
  • Attending client meetings, conferences with counsel and court hearings
  • \n
  • Taking detailed attendance notes and maintaining accurate case records
  • \n
The Restructuring & Insolvency Paralegal\n
    \n
  • Previous paralegal experience within litigation, dispute resolution, insolvency or commercial law
  • \n
  • Law degree, LPC, SQE or equivalent legal qualification preferred
  • \n
  • Strong legal research and analytical skills
  • \n
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability
  • \n
  • Experience reviewing and managing large volumes of documentation
  • \n
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • \n
  • Able to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines
  • \n
  • Professional, proactive and a strong team player
