\nSalary: Circa £70,000 + Bonus
\nA 40+ year established wealth management firm is looking to appoint an experienced Financial Adviser to join its growing team.
\nThis is an excellent opportunity to inherit an existing client bank of around 120 clients with approximately £50 million AUM, allowing you to focus on delivering high-quality financial planning and building long-term client relationships from day one.
The Role\nYou will provide holistic financial planning advice to an established portfolio of predominantly high-net-worth clients, delivering ongoing reviews and identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes. Working alongside a well-resourced support team, you'll have access to dedicated administration, paraplanning support and industry-leading financial planning tools.
Responsibilities\n- \n
- Manage and develop an existing client bank of approximately 120 clients. \n
- Deliver holistic financial planning across pensions, investments, protection and retirement planning. \n
- Build long-term relationships through regular client reviews. \n
- Identify opportunities for new business and referrals within your client base. \n
- Work closely with paraplanners and administrators to deliver an excellent client experience. \n
- Maintain high regulatory and compliance standards. \n

- Previous experience as a Financial Adviser / Financial Planner. \n
- Experience advising high-net-worth clients. \n
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills. \n
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision. \n
- Professional, client-focused and looking for a long-term opportunity. \n
- Level 4 Diploma qualified as a minimum (Chartered status welcomed). \n

- Salary circa £70,000 plus bonus. \n
- Existing client bank worth approximately £50 million AUM. \n
- Hybrid working (typically 3 days in the office, 2 days from home). \n
- 5% employer pension contribution. \n
- Private medical cover with GP access. \n
- 25 days holiday, increasing to 28 days in the coming months. \n
- Office closure over the Christmas period. \n
- Dedicated administration and paraplanning support. \n
- Access to FE Analytics, CashCalc, Selectapension and Intelligent Office workflows. \n
- Join a well-established firm managing approximately £2.25 billion AUM, with significant growth planned over the coming months. \n
The interview process consists of two to three stages, including an initial Teams interview with HR, a competency-based interview and a final culture and values discussion.
