\nNo two days will be the same. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping senior stakeholders organised and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. From diary management and coordinating meetings to preparing board packs, taking minutes and liaising with high-profile clients, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to two senior leaders. \n
- Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees. \n
- Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation. \n
- Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and distributing action points. \n
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries via phone and email. \n
- Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders and third parties, ensuring a professional and responsive service. \n
- Organise meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively. \n
- Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases. \n
- Support routine administrative processes, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales. \n
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. \n
- Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy. \n
- Provide general team support, including filing, document management, correspondence and other ad hoc administrative duties. \n
- Contribute to the smooth running of team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions. \n

- Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role. \n
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail. \n
- Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently. \n
- Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external contacts. \n
- Strong diary management and coordination skills. \n
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. \n
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. \n
- Minute taking experience is advantageous. \n
- Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential. \n
