This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established, highly respected professional services organisation on a 12-month fixed-term contract, supporting two senior leaders in a varied and fast-paced Personal Assistant role.\n

Role Overview

No two days will be the same. You'll play a pivotal role in keeping senior stakeholders organised and ensuring the smooth running of their day-to-day activities. From diary management and coordinating meetings to preparing board packs, taking minutes and liaising with high-profile clients, you'll be trusted to work autonomously and make a real impact.

This role would suit an experienced PA or Executive Assistant who enjoys taking ownership, thrives in a proactive environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional support. Key Responsibilities\n

  • Provide comprehensive administrative and PA support to two senior leaders.

  • Manage complex diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating attendees.
  • \n
  • Prepare meeting packs, agendas, presentations and supporting documentation.
  • \n
  • Attend meetings where required, taking accurate minutes and distributing action points.
  • \n
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries via phone and email.
  • \n
  • Liaise confidently with clients, stakeholders and third parties, ensuring a professional and responsive service.
  • \n
  • Organise meetings and events, ensuring all logistics are coordinated effectively.
  • \n
  • Maintain accurate records and update internal systems and databases.
  • \n
  • Support routine administrative processes, ensuring documentation is completed accurately and within agreed timescales.
  • \n
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • \n
  • Prioritise multiple tasks and deadlines while ensuring a high standard of accuracy.
  • \n
  • Provide general team support, including filing, document management, correspondence and other ad hoc administrative duties.
  • \n
  • Contribute to the smooth running of team meetings by preparing agendas, taking minutes and tracking follow-up actions.
  • \n
Ideal Candidate\n
    \n
  • Previous experience in a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant or Senior Administrator role.
  • \n
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • \n
  • Confident communicating with senior stakeholders and external contacts.
  • \n
  • Strong diary management and coordination skills.
  • \n
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • \n
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • \n
  • Minute taking experience is advantageous.
  • \n
  • Experience within a professional services environment is desirable but not essential.
