We're recruiting an Operational Assistant to join a high-performing finance team supporting a portfolio of complex client accounts. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail who enjoys working across finance, operations and stakeholder management.

You'll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day financial operations of the business, ensuring transactions are processed accurately and efficiently while helping to deliver an excellent service to both internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

• Raising customer invoices and credit notes
\n
• Creating purchase orders and supporting supplier processes
\n
• Coordinating intercompany transactions and agreements
\n
• Processing financial transactions and cost allocations
\n
• Supporting month-end activities and reporting requirements
\n
• Setting up new clients, projects and suppliers within finance systems
\n
• Assisting with contract and financial reporting
\n
• Ensuring compliance with internal controls and financial procedures
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and ways of working
\n

We're looking for someone who is organised, proactive and enjoys working with numbers and systems.

You'll ideally have:

• A basic understanding of accounting principles

• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
\n
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
\n
• A proactive mindset with a willingness to improve processes
\n
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and finance systems
\n
