Senior Therapeutic Adult Support Worker

Location: NottinghamFull Time | Permanent | 40 Hours Per Week

We are recruiting for an experienced Senior Therapeutic Adult Support Worker to join a specialist supported living service in Nottingham, supporting an adult with complex needs in a solo placement

The Role:

\n
• Deliver person-centred support
\n
• Promote independence and daily living skills
\n
• Support individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and mental health needs
\n
• Build positive relationships and provide emotional support
\n
• Complete records and work closely with professionals and family members
\n

Requirements:

\n
• Minimum 12 months' experience supporting adults with complex needs
\n
• Experience supporting individuals with Autism (ASD)
\n
• Understanding of trauma-informed practice and positive behaviour support
\n
• Calm, patient and reliable approach
\n
• Must be able to participate in community activities and outings
\n

Shift Pattern:

\n
• 40 hours per week
\n
• 5 days out of 7, including weekends
\n
• Mixture of day shifts and waking nights
\n
