Our homes are designed to provide residents with comfort, dignity and a true sense of home, and our Housekeeping Team plays a vital role in making that happen.We're looking for enthusiastic and reliable Housekeeping Assistants to join our team and help maintain the high standards our residents deserve.About the RoleAs a Housekeeping Assistant, you'll be an integral part of our domestic team, ensuring every area of the home is presented to the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort. Your work will directly contribute to residents' wellbeing by creating a safe, hygienic and welcoming environment where they can truly feel at home.This is a varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same, and every task you complete makes a positive difference.Key ResponsibilitiesClean and maintain all areas of the home to exceptional standards, following cleaning schedules and company procedures.Ensure bedrooms, communal areas and facilities remain clean, comfortable and welcoming for residents and visitors.Respect residents' privacy, dignity and confidentiality at all times.Comply with Health & Safety, COSHH, Infection Prevention & Control and all relevant legislation and policies.Ensure all housekeeping equipment is used safely and report any faults promptly to the Maintenance Operative or General Manager.Monitor housekeeping supplies and report shortages to ensure the team has everything needed to maintain high standards.Use initiative to identify and address spillages or cleanliness issues immediately.Work collaboratively with colleagues across the home, contributing positively to meetings, training and the wider team culture.Support in creating a friendly, caring and supportive environment where residents feel valued and comfortable.About YouWe're looking for someone who:Takes pride in delivering exceptionally high standards of cleanliness.Has excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to work.Is reliable, hardworking and organised.Enjoys working as part of a team and building positive relationships with residents and colleagues.Has good communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, as full training will be provided.Working Pattern8:00am 5:00pmPermanent rolling rota of three consecutive shifts on followed by three consecutive shifts offAverage 31.5 hours per weekPayPool 2: £13.53 per hourWhat We OfferFull induction training programmePaid breaksFully funded Blue Light CardFully funded Enhanced DBS checkRefer a Friend bonus schemeUniform tunic providedPay Day BreakfastFree meal on shiftOngoing training and development opportunitiesA supportive team environment with opportunities to grow and progressJoin Our TeamIf you're a caring, conscientious individual who enjoys creating clean and welcoming spaces, we'd love to hear from you.Your work will make a genuine difference to our residents every single day, helping to create a home they can be proud of and a place where everyone feels comfortable and cared for.Complete the application form below to apply today.We are currently unable to offer sponsorship for this role.Our screening and recruitment process is conducted in line with Crystal Care Collection's Safeguarding Policy.#IND7TPBN1_UKTJ
