Supply Chain Director

Supply Chain Director. Rapidly Growing FMCG. Southampton Base (with travel). Salary Range: £90k to £110k + Bonus. This is an opportunity to join a market-leading consumer brand at a pivotal stage in its growth. Reporting to the Chief Operations Officer, the Supply Chain Director will be responsible for shaping and delivering the company's end-to-end global supply chain strategy, ensuring the organisation can scale efficiently whilst maintaining exceptional service, inventory performance and profitability. We are partnering with this UK-owned premium brand to recruit for this new position. The role has been created to build a world-class supply chain capable of supporting the company as it continues to grow rapidly. Key responsibilities: * Supply chain strategy. * Procurement and supplier management. * Supply and demand planning. * Inventory and working capital management. * All supply chain elements of new production introduction. * Operational excellence. * Leadership and people development. Experience needed: * Senior supply chain leadership in high volume fast-paced environments. * International supply chains, global supplier networks and 3PLs. * Management of procurement, planning and logistics. * Significant cost reduction and working capital improvements. * Project management and change leadership. * ERP and advanced planning systems. Skills and attributes: * Strategic thinker with strong operational execution capability. * High level commercial and financial acumen. * Strong communicator, influencer, negotiator and relationship builder. * Collaborative leadership style. * Resilient and comfortable operating in a fast-paced growth environment.
