\nLocation: Broughton, North Wales (Site Based)
\nContract: 6 Month Contract (Likely Extension)
\nRate: £21.00 per hour PAYE / £28.09 per hour Umbrella
\nHours: 28 Hours Per Week
\nIR35: Inside IR35
\nClearance: BPSS+ (to be completed prior to start)
\nOur client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners in delivering effective and consistent HR processes across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a mix of administration, employee support, stakeholder engagement, and HR advisory responsibilities.
\nWorking within a busy HR function, you'll play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and compliance.
\nKey Responsibilities

- Support HR Business Partners with annual HR campaigns including salary reviews, performance reviews, and bonus processes. \n
- Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions through HR systems, from onboarding to offboarding. \n
- Maintain HR data and reporting, tracking key metrics such as absenteeism and headcount. \n
- Coordinate and prepare HR reviews, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. \n
- Support employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and medical capability meetings. \n
- Assist with recruitment activities and process formal job offers. \n
- Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business. \n
About You
\n- \n
- Previous experience working within an HR environment is essential. \n
- Experience using Workday and/or SAP would be advantageous. \n
- Experience in HR administration, employee relations, absence management, and recruitment support. \n
- Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. \n
- Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently when required. \n
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. \n
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work. \n
- CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential. \n
