Contract: 6 Month Contract (Likely Extension)

Rate: £21.00 per hour PAYE / £28.09 per hour Umbrella

Hours: 28 Hours Per Week

IR35: Inside IR35

Clearance: BPSS+ (to be completed prior to start)

Our client is seeking an organised and detail-oriented HR Advisor to support HR Business Partners in delivering effective and consistent HR processes across the business. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional who enjoys a mix of administration, employee support, stakeholder engagement, and HR advisory responsibilities.

Working within a busy HR function, you'll play a key role in maintaining HR systems, supporting employee lifecycle activities, and ensuring high standards of data accuracy and compliance.

\n

Key Responsibilities

    \n
  • Support HR Business Partners with annual HR campaigns including salary reviews, performance reviews, and bonus processes.
  • \n
  • Manage and process employee lifecycle transactions through HR systems, from onboarding to offboarding.
  • \n
  • Maintain HR data and reporting, tracking key metrics such as absenteeism and headcount.
  • \n
  • Coordinate and prepare HR reviews, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided.
  • \n
  • Support employee relations activities including disciplinary, grievance, performance management, and medical capability meetings.
  • \n
  • Assist with recruitment activities and process formal job offers.
  • \n
  • Build strong working relationships with managers and stakeholders across the business.
  • \n

About You

\n
    \n
  • Previous experience working within an HR environment is essential.
  • \n
  • Experience using Workday and/or SAP would be advantageous.
  • \n
  • Experience in HR administration, employee relations, absence management, and recruitment support.
  • \n
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • \n
  • Ability to manage changing priorities and work independently when required.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • \n
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work.
  • \n
  • CIPD qualification is desirable but not essential.
  • \n
