Lease Consultancy - Director or Associate

A highly respected Real Estate Consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced Associate or Director of Lease Consultancy to join its' Leeds office.

The established Leeds Lease Consultancy team provides rent review, lease renewal and related commercial advice on primarily office, retail and industrial property throughout the Yorkshire and surrounding markets and work further afield occurs where appropriate.

Main Duties, Responsibilities & Accountabilities

The successful candidate will have an outstanding track record in the Lease Advisory marketplace. With the ability to add value to the fee revenue, you will have sufficient drive, and you will display initiative and commitment to delivering the highest quality, which consistently exceeds clients’ expectations.
