I'm currently working with a leading business in the automotive sector to appoint a Commercial Legal Counsel into its growing UK legal team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to build their in-house career within a commercially focused, forward-thinking organisation.

Key areas of work will include:

• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts
\n
• Complex tenders and bid support
\n
• General business advisory work
\n

The role offers broad exposure across the business, close interaction with senior stakeholders, and the opportunity to become involved in strategic projects beyond day-to-day legal support.

The ideal candidate:

• 2-5 years PQE
\n
• Strong commercial contracts experience
\n
• Commercial, pragmatic and proactive approach
\n
• Keen to take ownership and develop a long-term in-house career
\n

Package

\n
• £60,000-£70,000 salary
\n
• 10% bonus
\n
