Job Description
Our international client is currently searching for a Staff Photolithography Process Development Engineer to be responsible for developing, optimising, and supporting lithography and e-beam lithography processes for III-V semiconductor and photonic devices. Driving process improvements, new product introduction (NPI), yield enhancement, and manufacturing efficiency in a semiconductor fabrication environment will all be required.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Develop, optimise, and maintain semiconductor manufacturing processes (particularly lithography/e-beam lithography). \n
- Improve yield, process capability, cycle time, and reduce scrap using SPC, Six Sigma, Lean, and statistical analysis. \n
- Qualify and support manufacturing equipment to maximise uptime and capacity. \n
- Analyse process and equipment data to identify and resolve issues. \n
- Support NPI, technology transfer, and cross-functional engineering projects. \n
- Produce technical documentation, procedures, and training materials. \n
- Troubleshoot process and equipment problems in a cleanroom manufacturing environment. \n
Required Qualifications & Experience
\n- \n
- Strong Photolithography process knowledge \n
- Experience in semiconductor, photonics, MEMS, optoelectronics, silicon photonics, or other advanced manufacturing environments. \n
- Knowledge of:Statistical Process Control (SPC) \n
- Design of Experiments (DOE) \n
- Six Sigma and Lean Manufacturing \n
- Root cause analysis \n
- Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) (desirable) \n
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. \n
- Ability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams. \n
- HNC/HND or Degree (BSc/MSc/PhD) in Semiconductor Technology, Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field. \n
