Treasury Manager

🚨 Exclusive Mandate | Treasury Manager | London (Hybrid) | Salary £80,000 - £100,000 + bonus and benefits.

I'm partnering with a fast-growing, PE backed technology company on a genuinely exciting Treasury hire.

This isn't a steady-state role. You'll be the architect of a public-ready treasury function as the business prepares for a potential IPO transition, building policy, controls, and infrastructure from the ground up.

What you'll own:

• Lead the Treasury function, setting and executing the company cash flow, funding, and financial risk management strategy across all regions.

• Own Group-level cash management, including daily monitoring of positions, cash concentration, and short-term investments.
\n
• Manage and maintain the Treasury Management System (TMS), ensuring data quality, process integrity, and alignment with Group policies.
\n
• Own bank relationship management, including pricing, services, documentation, and support for local banking needs.
\n
• Design, implement, and monitor treasury internal controls, ensuring compliance with Group policies and relevant regulations.
\n
• Prepare and deliver treasury reporting for senior management, including daily liquidity dashboards, monthly KPIs, and quarterly Board-level materials.
\n
• Coordinate insurance renewals ensuring adequate coverage, cost effectiveness, and alignment with lenders’ requirements.

What they're looking for:

\n
• 5–7+ years in corporate treasury
\n
• Experience inside a publicly traded company or through an IPO cycle (strongly preferred)
\n
• CTP or CFA designation desirable
\n
• Strong financial modelling and the ability to communicate complex risk to CFO and Board level
\n
