\nMacdonald & Company are pleased to have been retained to aid in Litton’s recruitment of a Commercial Property Manager to join the team and support the Asset Management Director. This is an exciting opportunity for a commercially minded surveyor who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the chance to influence both asset performance and occupier satisfaction.
\nThe Role
\nYou will play a key role in managing and enhancing the performance of the commercial property portfolio, including:
\nAsset management initiatives, lettings, lease renewals and rent reviews
\nNegotiating Heads of Terms with tenants, agents and solicitors
\nDay-to-day occupier relationship management
\nProperty inspections, compliance and maintenance coordination
\nService charge administration and tenant recharges
\nContractor management and refurbishment projects
\nGrounds maintenance oversight and line management of grounds staff
\nSupporting income growth, asset value enhancement and minimisation of voids
\nAbout You
\nWe are looking for someone who has:
\nMRICS qualification, (of close to)
\nExperience in commercial property and/or asset management
\nStrong landlord and tenant knowledge
\nExcellent communication and relationship management skills
\nCommercial awareness and a practical problem-solving approach
\nThe ability to work independently while contributing to a close-knit team
\nWhat We Offer
