Senior Facilities Manager

A leading UK property organisation is seeking a Senior Facilities Manager to elevate technical services, strengthen contractor performance, and drive energy‑efficiency improvements across a multi‑site portfolio.

This is a high‑impact role for someone with a technical mindset, strong FM experience, and the confidence to lead, influence, and improve service delivery at scale.

Ideally looking for someone with technical knowledge, who is able to lead a team across a large portfolio.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Overseeing technical services, planned/reactive maintenance, and contractor performance
\n
• Supporting and developing AFMs while acting as a key liaison across sites
\n
• Leading the organisation’s energy management strategy, reducing consumption and carbon output
\n
• Managing capital expenditure planning, project tracking, and building upgrades
\n
• Conducting audits, surveys, and quality assurance to maintain compliance and standards
\n
• Driving SLA performance, issue resolution, and continuous improvement across the estate
\n

What You’ll Bring:

• Experience as an Area FM or similar multi‑site role
\n
• Strong understanding of M&E contract management
\n
• Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder‑management skills
\n
• A proactive, solutions‑focused approach with the confidence to challenge and improve processes
\n
• Experience managing contractors, compliance, and service delivery
\n
