IT Procurement Manager
\nHybrid (London, 3 days per week)
\n£60,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
\nWe're partnering with a globally recognised international organisation to recruit an experienced IT Procurement Manager. This is an excellent opportunity to join a high-performing procurement function supporting a complex, technology-driven business with significant investment across digital and IT.
\nYou'll take ownership of a broad IT category portfolio, leading sourcing activity, commercial negotiations and supplier management across Software, SaaS, Cloud Services, Hardware and Cyber Security.
\nThis is a hands-on role suited to an experienced procurement professional who enjoys partnering with stakeholders, driving commercial value and delivering procurement projects in a fast-paced environment.
\nThe Role

- Lead end-to-end sourcing activity across a diverse IT spend portfolio. \n
- Develop and implement category strategies for Software, SaaS, Cloud, Hardware and Cyber Security. \n
- Partner closely with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal and business stakeholders to support technology projects and contract renewals. \n
- Manage competitive tender processes, supplier evaluations and commercial recommendations. \n
- Negotiate complex commercial agreements and IT contracts, including licence agreements, Statements of Work and data processing provisions. \n
- Drive supplier performance, contract lifecycle management and ongoing commercial value. \n
- Identify opportunities to optimise supplier relationships, mitigate risk and improve procurement processes. \n
- Support the adoption of AI and technology-enabled procurement tools to enhance team efficiency. \n
About You
\nWe're looking for someone who brings:
\n- \n
- Proven experience within IT Procurement or Technology Category Management. \n
- Strong knowledge of Software, SaaS, Cloud Services, Hardware and Cyber Security procurement. \n
- Experience leading complex sourcing projects and commercial negotiations. \n
- A strong understanding of IT contracts, licensing models and supplier management. \n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences. \n
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to balance cost, risk and business objectives. \n
- Experience managing multiple procurement projects in a fast-paced environment. \n
- MCIPS (or working towards) is advantageous. \n
