Security Research Engineer

\nThe Role
\nAs a Security Research Engineer, you will contribute to the research, design, and development of next-generation security solutions.
\nYou will be involved in:
\n- \n
- Researching and developing new approaches to improve system security and resilience \n
- Designing security concepts, architectures, and technical solutions \n
- Building prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to explore new ideas \n
- Analysing complex systems to identify vulnerabilities and opportunities for improvement \n
- Working across multiple areas of technology including software, hardware, and infrastructure \n
- Producing technical documentation, research findings, and engineering proposals \n
What We’re Looking For
\nWe are looking for an engineer with a strong technical background and an interest in solving complex security challenges.
\nYou will ideally have experience in:
\n- \n
- Security research (this is a research role) \n
- Understanding of low-level systems and computer architecture \n
- Applying security principles to real-world engineering challenges \n
- Analysing technical problems and communicating solutions clearly \n
- Working independently while collaborating with highly skilled engineers \n
Desirable Experience
\nExperience in any of the following would be beneficial:

- Systems security \n
- Hardware security concepts \n
- Operating system internals \n
- Virtualisation technologies \n
- Distributed computing environments \n
- Threat modelling and security analysis \n
