\nAbout the Role
\nAs a SEND Tutor, you'll provide personalised, one-to one support for children with additional learning needs, helping them achieve their educational goals in a positive and encouraging environment.

- Delivering individual tuition tailored to each pupil's strengths, challenges and learning objectives. \n
- Creating and adapting lesson plans that align with each child's individual needs and Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP), where applicable. \n
- Supporting learners who are unable to access a mainstream classroom setting. \n
About you
\nWe're looking for tutors who are committed to making a real difference in the lives of children with
\nadditional needs.
\n- \n
- Have experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs, including Autism, ADHD, SEMH, dyslexia or other learning differences. \n
- Be able to adapt your teaching approach to suit each individual's preferred learning style. \n
- Build strong, positive relationships with pupils and their families through excellent communication skills. \n
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), have previous tutoring experience, or possess relevant experience within an educational setting (preferred but not essential). \n
