Mobile Cleaning Operative- £13.00 Per Hour- Travel across West and North Yorkshire, including Sheffield and Harrogate.

The Role

We're looking for a Mobile Cleaning Operative to join our growing team, ideally based in Leeds, covering sites across West and North Yorkshire. No two days are the same. As a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you'll travel between a range of locations, helping to keep workplaces and student accommodation clean, safe and ready for the people who use them.

A company van is provided for business use, giving you everything you need to carry out your role across Yorkshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out commercial cleaning across multiple sites
\n
• Complete deep cleans, communal area cleans and end of tenancy cleaning
\n
• Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust and sanitise all assigned areas
\n
• Clean washrooms and replenish consumable supplies
\n
• Empty bins and replace liners
\n
• Follow cleaning procedures and health & safety guidelines
\n
• Report maintenance issues to management
\n
• Provide cover for holidays and staff absences when required
\n

The Person

To succeed as a Mobile Cleaning Operative, you'll have:

• At least 2 years' commercial cleaning experience
\n
• A full UK manual driving licence
\n
• Be aged over 25 for company vehicle insurance purposes
\n
• Excellent attention to detail
\n
• The ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
\n
• Good communication and customer service skills
\n
• Fluent English, both written and spoken
\n
• Be based in Leeds or the surrounding area, due to the travel required between sites
