They work across the full spectrum of private equity clients and the practice handles leveraged buyouts on the buy and sell-side, take-privates, and minority investments in multiple jurisdictions. They continue to grow and invest at all levels, including having made some recent high-profile partner hires.

Excellent academics and a proven track record are pre-requisites and you must be coming from a top tier UK or US law firm.
