\nAbout the Role
\nWe are looking for a highly organised, proactive and detail-focused Junior Operations Coordinator & Agency Administrator to join our design agency.
\nThis is a varied, entry-level role that works across the studio, supporting different departments and helping to keep projects, deadlines and day-to-day agency operations running smoothly. The role will be line-managed by the traffic manager and will combine project coordination, general administration, artwork support and technology-related tasks.
\nThe successful candidate will be an excellent communicator who enjoys solving problems, following up on actions and making sure nothing falls through the gaps.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nDeadline Coordination
\nA central responsibility of the role will be managing the agency’s studio deadline sheet and helping ensure that all work is delivered on time.
\nThis will include:
\n- \n
- Producing and reviewing a daily report of all work due to leave the studio. \n
- Liaising with departments and individual stakeholders to confirm the status of each project. \n
- Following work through each stage of the agency process and identifying anything that could delay delivery. \n
- Proactively escalating issues and helping to remove blockers as quickly as possible. \n
- Updating the deadline sheet throughout the day as work is completed. \n
- Working towards a clear deadline list by the end of each day. \n
Agency and Studio Administration

- Providing general administrative support to the directors and wider agency. \n
- Coordinating information and actions between departments. \n
- Supporting meetings, project administration, document management and other day-to-day studio requirements. \n
- Helping to maintain clear, accurate and up-to-date internal records. \n
Artwork and Design Support
\nFull training will be provided in:
\n- \n
- Collecting and preparing print data for artwork. \n
- Creating packshots and presentation assets for the design team. \n
- Supporting other artwork-production and studio processes as required. \n
Operations and Technology Support
\n- \n
- Helping to onboard new members of staff onto the agency’s systems and technology. \n
- Supporting internal technology and process-improvement projects. \n
- Assisting with the introduction, testing and documentation of new tools and workflows. \n
- Providing practical operational support wherever required across the agency. \n

Previous agency, administration, project-coordination or studio experience would be helpful but is not essential. More important are a positive attitude, strong organisational skills and the confidence to communicate with people across the business.
