\nThey’re looking for a Pricing Manager to help shape and deliver their pricing and analytics capability.
\nWorking closely with underwriting and senior leadership, you’ll develop pricing approaches, generate actionable insights, and support key business decisions — ensuring their pricing remains both technically robust and commercially relevant as they scale.
\nWhat You Will Do

\n'A2; Partner closely with underwriting teams and senior leadership to deliver on strategic priorities
\n'A2; Build, enhance, and deploy pricing models across underwriting divisions
\n'A2; Conduct segmentation and profitability analysis to inform underwriting strategy
\n'A2; Support portfolio optimisation and capital management initiatives
\n'A2; Perform claims analysis to identify trends and opportunities
\n'A2; Contribute to the development of new products and innovative underwriting approaches
\n'A2; Bring structure and momentum to execution — ensuring ideas translate into measurable impact
\n'A2; Explore and integrate new, non-traditional data sources to enhance underwriting insight
\n'A2; Provide ad hoc analytical support to underwriters on complex or high-value opportunities
\n'A2; Ensure all work aligns with relevant regulatory and compliance requirements
\nWhat You Bring To The Table
\n'A2; Qualified actuary (e.g. FIA, FCAS) with 8–12+ years of P&C pricing experience, ideally within (re)insurance
\n'A2; Proven experience operating in a senior role, with the ability to influence pricing strategy and decision-making at executive level
\n'A2; Deep technical expertise across pricing methodologies, including risk modelling, portfolio optimisation, and rate adequacy
\n'A2; Strong understanding of financial performance, underwriting dynamics, and the link between pricing, profitability, and growth
\n'A2; Experience working across multiple jurisdictions, with an understanding of local market dynamics and regulatory considerations
\n'A2; A commercial, data-driven mindset – able to translate pricing insights into actionable underwriting and business strategy
\n'A2; A curious, analytical approach with a strong desire to learn quickly and continuously improve
\n'A2; The ability to challenge assumptions (including your own) and apply sound judgement in how and when to use metrics to drive business impact
\n'A2; Comfort operating in ambiguity, with the drive to take ownership and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced, evolving environment
\n'A2; Excellent communication skills, with the ability to distil complex technical concepts into clear, decision-ready insight for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
\n'A2; A collaborative approach, with the ability to build trusted relationships across underwriting, finance, and broader business teams
