Producer (YouTube Series, Branded Content & AI Workflows)
\nLocation: Tooting, South London (in-office, hybrid considered)
\nPackage: 6-Month Rolling Contract | £55k–45k pro-rata (DOE) base salary + performance bonus + benefits
\nAre you an ambitious, forward-thinking Producer who knows how to shepherd a project from a blank page to a hit series?
\nIn this role, your primary focus will be leading end-to-end production for Google DeepMind content. You will be responsible for bringing cutting-edge AI research and tech innovations to life, shaping complex concepts into high-impact video series and corporate communications. We need a Producer who marries traditional creative storytelling with modern efficiency; someone who is actively excited about integrating the latest AI tools into workflows to supercharge our output.
\n- \n
- End-to-End Production: Lead premium projects for Google DeepMind from concept, scripting, and storyboarding through to physical production and final delivery. \n
- Tech-Driven Storytelling: Partner with client stakeholders to translate highly complex artificial intelligence research into compelling, narrative-driven video formats. \n
- AI Workflow Integration: Implement and champion AI tools (for scripting, research, transcriptions, pre-vis, and rough cuts) to streamline production timelines. \n
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for Google DeepMind and other multinational clients, managing high-level expectations, feedback loops, and presentations. \n
- Crew & Budget Management: Build budgets, manage timelines, hire freelance crew, and oversee shoots on location and in-studio. \n
- Post-Production Liaison: Collaborate closely with our video editors, freelancers and senior management to ensure the creative vision carries through the final edit. \n
- \n
- 6+ years’ professional producing experience across branded content, corporate film, digital series, or broadcast. \n
- A proven track record in Science & Tech content: Deep experience producing documentaries, deep-dives, or high-level video series that make complex scientific or technological concepts accessible and engaging. \n
- Experience working with tech pioneers, FTSE 100 companies, or multinational organisations (a must). \n
- Deep AI Literacy: Hands-on experience with generative AI, LLMs, and modern production automation tools, with a strong view on how AI can optimise traditional workflows. \n
- Strong Storytelling & Scripting Skills: Ability to write sharp, engaging copy and structure compelling narratives for highly technical subject matter. \n
- Executive Presence: Highly comfortable directing senior scientists, researchers, and tech stakeholders on set, and managing client feedback sessions confidently. \n
- Proficiency with modern production management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Productive.io, Frame.io). \n
- Commercial Acumen: Calm under pressure, budget-savvy, and highly organised with experience managing multiple moving parts. \n
