A well-established, private equity-backed consumer business with operations across multiple UK sites is looking to strengthen its finance team with the appointment of an FP&A Manager. The business has experienced sustained growth in recent years and offers a genuinely commercial environment where finance plays a central role in decision-making.

This is a great opportunity for a qualified finance professional with strong FP&A credentials to take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow modelling at group level, working closely with site and operational teams across the business.

What you'll be doing:

\n
• Leading the annual budgeting process and ongoing reforecasting cycles
\n
• Building and maintaining robust cash flow forecasting models
\n
• Producing insightful financial and operational analysis to support decision-making
\n
• Partnering with operational stakeholders across multiple sites to challenge and support performance
\n
• Developing Power BI dashboards and reporting tools to improve visibility of key metrics
\n
• Identifying opportunities to improve forecasting accuracy and reporting efficiency
\n

What we're looking for:

\n
• Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or CIMA)
\n
• Proven FP&A experience gained within a multi-site business
\n
• Strong technical modelling skills, particularly around cash flow forecasting
\n
• Confident, hands-on user of Power BI
\n
• A natural communicator who can translate numbers into commercial insight for non-finance stakeholder
\n
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving, high-growth environment
\n
