Senior Associate Fragrance Innovation

A 12-month maternity cover contract sitting within the Fragrance Innovation team. The role focuses on managing existing upstream innovation projects across a multi-category portfolio, working with internal and external development partners. Reporting to the Head of Air Care, with close collaboration across global and local regulatory, safety and sustainability teams.

• eDevelop and refine innovation briefs for Flavour and Fragrance House partners, ensuring best practice briefing principles are followe

• dEnsure all F&F recommendations comply with the latest safety and regulatory requirements, working closely with functional expert
\n
• sCollaborate with R&D to apply best practice sensory, consumer and performance testing when validating new innovation
\n
• sSupport fragrance evaluation and olfactive performance across product stability, safety paperwork, project reviews and timeline plannin
\n
• gWork cross-functionally with R&D, Marketing, Sensory and Design teams to support rapid rollout and executio
