The Role:

• Managing a diverse caseload of commercial property matters from instruction through to completion
\n
• Advising clients on acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant matters, and development projects
\n
• Drafting, negotiating and reviewing contracts, leases and associated property documentation
\n
• Providing commercially focused advice tailored to clients' individual objectives
\n
• Supporting clients with property investments and portfolio management matters
\n
• Developing and maintaining strong client relationships whilst acting as a key point of contact
\n
• Assisting with business development and networking initiatives to support the continued growth of the team
\n
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
\n

The Candidate:

• Qualified Solicitor with commercial property experience
\n
• Strong technical grounding across a broad range of commercial real estate matters
\n
• Experience handling acquisitions, disposals, leases and development work
\n
• Commercially aware with a pragmatic and solutions-focused approach
\n
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills
\n
• Strong organisational and matter management abilities
\n
• Team-oriented with a collaborative approach to working
\n
• Ambitious and motivated to progress within a successful and growing firm
