Project Construction Manager

Location: Suffolk

Contract: 2 years

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a Design & Build project and oversee the delivery of a building project from tender through to construction, commissioning and handover.

You'll lead consultants and contractors, manage JCT Design & Build contracts, ensure compliance with CDM Regulations 2015, and drive safe, high-quality project delivery on time and within budget.

Requirements:

• Strong experience delivering projects under JCT Design & Build contracts
\n
• Excellent knowledge of CDM Regulations 2015
\n
• Proven background managing contractors, consultants and project stakeholders
\n
• Background in new build of commercial buildings with contracts worth more than £5m
\n
• Experience delivering commercial, industrial or major infrastructure projects
\n
• Degree qualified (or equivalent), with SMSTS and CSCS desirable
\n
