Key Responsibilities of the HR Manager:

  • Lead and manage day-to-day HR operations across the London office
  • \n
  • Lead, manage and provide expert advice on a broad range of employee relations, performance management, and UK employment law, handling complex cases including grievances, disciplinaries, and conflict resolution
  • \n
  • Partner with managers and partners to deliver strategic people solutions that support business objectives, talent development, workforce planning, and employee engagement
  • \n
  • Support annual salary reviews, performance evaluations, and compensation processes
  • \n
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and continuous improvement of HR policies, procedures, and systems
  • \n

Skills & Requirements of the HR Manager:

\n
    \n
  • 5+ years of HR experience within an ER focused role within a law firm is essential
  • \n
  • Excellent knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice
  • \n
  • Extensive experience managing employee relations cases from initial investigation through to resolution
  • \n
  • Demonstrated experience coaching and influencing managers at all levels
  • \n
  • Experienced in managing and mentoring a team
  • \n
  • CIPD qualified
  • \n
