A leading national law firm is looking to appoint a Private Client Partner to join its established Birmingham team.

This Private Client Solicitor opportunity in Birmingham offers high-quality HNW work, a strong national platform and the chance to play a key role in shaping and growing a well-resourced private client practice.

The Role

• Lead on complex private client matters including estates, trusts and succession planning
\n
• Act for HNW individuals on tax, wealth structuring and lifetime planning
\n
• Handle complex estate administration and trust matters
\n
• Play a senior role in client relationship management and retention
\n
• Drive business development and strengthen referrer networks in Birmingham
\n
• Work closely with partners nationally on cross-office matters
\n
• Support mentoring and development of junior team members
\n
• Contribute to the long-term growth strategy of the private client team
\n

The Candidate

\n
• Senior Solicitor operating at Partner level or already an existing Partner
\n
• Strong technical expertise across private client and tax matters
\n
• Experience advising HNW and UHNW clients
\n
• Proven track record in developing client relationships and workstreams
\n
• Commercial and strategic mindset
\n
• Strong leadership and collaborative approach
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
\n
• Ambitious and motivated to grow a Birmingham-based practice
\n
