\nThis is an outstanding opportunity for a school leaver, college leaver or someone early in their career to join a prestigious law firm as an Early Careers Administrator. No previous graduate recruitment or legal sector experience is required. Instead, we're looking for an organised, enthusiastic and people-focused individual with strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
\nWorking within a supportive HR team, you'll play a key role in helping to attract, recruit and develop future legal talent while gaining valuable experience across recruitment, events, employer branding and talent development.
\nKey Responsibilities
\n• Coordinate careers events, recruitment activities and candidate engagement initiatives
\n• Arrange interviews, assessment days and candidate communications
\n• Manage and maintain recruitment systems and databases
\n• Support the delivery of vacation schemes, insight programmes and other early careers initiatives
\n• Assist with trainee and scholar events, inductions and development programmes
\n• Create engaging communications and marketing materials using Canva
\n• Act as a first point of contact for candidate and early careers enquiries
\n• Support budget administration, grants and general team operations
\n• Contribute to projects that help improve processes and the candidate experience
\nWho We're Looking For
\n• A school leaver, college leaver or junior administrator looking to begin a professional career
\n• Educated to A-Level standard or equivalent
\n• Previous office experience is helpful but not essential
\n• Customer service, retail, hospitality or other people-focused experience will be considered
\n• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
\n• Excellent communication skills and a professional approach
\n• Confident managing multiple tasks and deadlines
\n• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and develop
\n• Interest in HR, recruitment, events or talent development
