Senior Project Manager
Job Description
We’re looking for a motivated Senior Project Manager to join our London team. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience delivering residential developments across both pre- and post-contract stages, with the ability to lead projects, manage stakeholders, and support successful project outcomes from inception through to completion.
\nThis full-time, hybrid role involves working with clients and project teams to deliver residential developments across the UK (£20m - £150m), reporting directly to an Associate Director or Director while leading high-profile schemes.

\nWHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Lead day-to-day project management activities across assigned projects \n
- Manage projects through all RIBA stages, ensuring alignment with client and business objectives \n
- Oversee programme management, project risk, and stakeholder coordination across multiple schemes \n
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, including senior-level engagement \n
- Chair project meetings and drive effective decision-making processes \n
- Mentor and support junior team members across project delivery activities \n
- Support project governance, reporting, and quality assurance processes \n
- Contribute to the continued development of digital and data-led project management approaches \n
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:

- MRICS or another relevant professional qualification preferred \n
- Strong technical capability across project management and project delivery processes \n
- Commercial awareness and understanding of development drivers and client objectives \n
- Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills \n
- Experience managing multiple projects concurrently and delivering to deadlines \n
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance and governance \n
- Adaptable and proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively \n
- Interest in digital and data-driven approaches within construction and project management \n
- Passion for the Real Estate and Construction Industry and developing a long-term consultancy career \n
