P&S Construction Engineer (Workpack)

Job Description

  • Develop detailed workpacks for piping and structural activities based on engineering drawings, specifications, and site surveys.
    • \n
  • Define scope of work including job steps, materials, tools, welding procedures, NDT requirements, scaffolding, and manpower needs.
    • \n
  • Ensure that workpacks are aligned with project planning, construction schedule, and execution strategy.
    • \n
  • Liaise with engineering, planning, procurement, QA/QC, HSE, and construction teams to ensure workpacks are accurate and comprehensive.
    • \n
  • Ensure compliance with project specifications, industry codes, and safety standards.
    • \n
  • Support construction and commissioning teams during execution phase by resolving technical queries related to workpacks.
    • \n
  • Coordinate with site supervisors to ensure that workpacks are delivered and understood by the field crew.
    • \n
  • Manage redline mark-ups and as-built updates during and after execution.
    • \n
  • Participate in constructability reviews and provide input to improve construction efficiency and safety.
    • \n
  • Track progress and report workpack status throughout the project lifecycle.
    • \n
